Position Overview: Concierge Live is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and closing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting the value of the Concierge Live platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Consultative Selling:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and challenges of potential clients.
- Present the value proposition of Concierge Live and tailor solutions to address specific client needs.
3. Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of the Concierge Live platform.
- Collaborate with the technical team as needed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product offering.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations and overcome objections to successfully close sales deals.
- Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and transition to the client success team.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
