Position Overview: Concierge Live is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Onboarding Manager. As the Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful transition onto the Concierge Live platform, setting the stage for a positive and lasting customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless integration with the Concierge Live platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor the onboarding experience accordingly.
2. Training and Education:
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the features and functionalities of the platform.
- Create training materials and documentation to support client learning and self-service.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client-specific needs and challenges.
4. Client Relationship Building:
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport during the critical onboarding phase.
- Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
5. Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather client feedback during and after the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to communicate client needs and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
